If you send us an enquiry via the form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number if applicable, travel preferences and message content) in order to respond to your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Form submissions are protected against automated abuse (honeypot, timing check, CSRF token, rate limiting).

We use a technically necessary cookie/session storage to remember your language preference (rg_lang) and to protect the contact form. These are required for the service you request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
